PredictAP Named No. 256 on the 2026 Inc. 5000

We’re thrilled to share that PredictAP has been named No. 256 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
We also ranked No. 18 nationwide among Artificial Intelligence and Data companies and No. 7 among companies in Massachusetts.
For our team, this is a milestone worth celebrating.
The Inc. 5000 recognizes companies based on three-year revenue growth, and PredictAP earned our place on this year’s list with more than 1,000% growth from 2022 to 2025. But as exciting as that number is, it only tells part of the story.
Years of Work Behind the Growth
PredictAP was founded in 2020 around a problem our founders understood firsthand: accounts payable teams in real estate were spending enormous amounts of time manually coding invoices across increasingly complex portfolios.
We believed there was a better way.
Long before AI became the center of nearly every technology conversation, our team was working to build machine learning specifically for the realities of real estate accounting. That meant creating technology that could do more than simply read an invoice. It needed to learn the accounting decisions behind it — the properties, cost centers, GL codes, vendors, and patterns unique to each organization.
Building that technology, and the resulting company has taken an extraordinary amount of work.
Every team at PredictAP has played a role. Our engineers have continued pushing the technology forward. Our product and customer teams have worked alongside real estate organizations to understand their challenges and turn feedback into a better platform. Our sales and marketing teams have helped introduce a new approach to an industry where accuracy and trust matter enormously.
And throughout all of it, we’ve remained focused on solving a specific, tangible problem for the people who deal with it every day.
Today, more than 120 real estate organizations use PredictAP to process more than 7 million invoices annually across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, single-family, senior living, data center, and other real estate portfolios.
That growth wouldn’t be possible without the customers who trusted us with one of the most critical workflows in their accounting operations.
And We’re Just Getting Started
Being named to the Inc. 5000 gives us an opportunity to celebrate how far PredictAP has come. More importantly, it makes us excited about where we’re going next.
Real estate organizations are under growing pressure to operate more efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or control. At the same time, AI is creating entirely new possibilities for how finance and accounting teams work.
We believe PredictAP is uniquely positioned at the intersection of those two changes.
There is still an enormous amount of opportunity ahead of us: new technology to build, new problems to solve, new customers to support, and new ways to help real estate accounting teams spend less time on repetitive work and more time on the work that actually requires their expertise.
For now, though, we’re taking a moment to celebrate.
To every member of the PredictAP team who helped get us here: thank you. And to our customers, partners, and supporters who have trusted and championed us along the way: thank you for being part of the journey.
No. 256 is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, and we can’t wait to see what comes next.
