by David Stifter on Aug 24, 2026, 6:40:48 AM
We’re excited to share that PredictAP has been named the 2026 Property Compliance Innovation of the Year by the PropTech Breakthrough Awards.
The PropTech Breakthrough Awards recognize standout technologies and companies transforming the global real estate industry, and this recognition reflects something our team has been working toward from the beginning: making accounts payable automation smarter, more accurate, and more practical for the complexities of real estate.
Building AI for the Way Real Estate Actually Works
Accounts payable in real estate comes with challenges that generic automation tools weren’t built to solve. Property-level accounting structures, complex GLs, multiple entities, vendor variations, and portfolio-specific coding conventions can turn invoice processing into a time-consuming and highly manual process.
PredictAP was built specifically to address those challenges.
Our AI learns from a company’s historical AP data and coding patterns to predict invoice coding, including GL accounts, properties, and other accounting dimensions, while fitting into the systems and workflows real estate organizations already use.
The goal isn’t simply to automate individual tasks. It’s to help AP teams process invoices faster and more consistently while maintaining the visibility and control they need.
That real estate-specific approach is what makes this recognition particularly meaningful.
Innovation That Solves Real Problems
AI has quickly become one of the biggest conversations in commercial real estate. But innovation isn’t about implementing AI for its own sake. The technology has to solve a real business problem and deliver measurable value.
For PredictAP, that means tackling one of the most repetitive and resource-intensive parts of the AP process.
By automating invoice coding and reducing the manual work required to process invoices, PredictAP helps real estate organizations increase efficiency without simply adding headcount as their portfolios grow. At the same time, our focus on accuracy, explainability, and human oversight helps teams adopt automation without sacrificing control over their accounting processes.
Thank You to Our Team and Customers
This award belongs to the entire PredictAP team, whose work continues to push our technology forward and solve increasingly complex AP challenges.
It also belongs to our customers and partners. Their feedback, expertise, and willingness to rethink traditional AP processes have played an enormous role in shaping PredictAP into the platform it is today.
We’re proud to be recognized as the 2026 Property Compliance Innovation of the Year, and even more excited about what comes next.
As AI continues to reshape real estate operations, we’ll keep doing what we’ve done from the start: building practical, purpose-built technology that helps real estate teams spend less time processing invoices and more time moving their businesses forward.
