What is REACH?

The REACH Commercial program is known for accelerating companies that are reshaping the future of real estate. For PredictAP, being included in this year’s class represents both recognition of the real-world problems our technology is solving and an opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders who share our vision for a more efficient, transparent future in CRE operations.

Our selection builds on a year of momentum, including the award of our U.S. patent for AI-powered invoice ingestion and coding. This milestone underscored how PredictAP is setting a new standard for financial operations in real estate—moving beyond outdated OCR and template-based systems and eliminating the inefficiencies of manual data entry.
